Chris Griffin began developing his business savvy at the age of 18 when he started his own wholesale and retail clothing business. After several successful years in this marketing and sales arena, he sold his five retail stores and transferred his considerable energy and enthusiasm to Griffin Properties where he has grown to be one of the top agents in the Cambridge real estate market. Chris possesses tremendous negotiating skills, and maintains long standing working relationships with many local developers. He also has extensive experience in condominium development projects and award-winning historical home restorations. Chris is also active in many charitable organizations and servers on the Board of Overseers at Mount Auburn Hospital. A life-long resident of Cambridge, he resides in the Avon Hill neighborhood of Cambridge. He holds a B.A. in English from Salem State University.

Having worked as an attorney specializing in the conveyance of real estate, Paul brings extensive legal experience to Griffin Properties and to the zealous representation of its clients. He recognizes that, underlying considerable emotional elements, the purchase or sale of a home is a significant business transaction that must be continually nurtured and monitored up until the time of the deed’s recording. The foundation of Paul’s business acumen and negotiating skills began during his work in the Tax Division of Price Waterhouse, and has continued to grow during his many years at Griffin Properties where he evidences the concern of an attorney, the care of a doctor, and the compassion of a counselor. Paul holds a B.A. in Economics/Finance from Saint Lawrence University in Canton, NY, A Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law in Boston, and graduate degrees in Canon Law and Sacred Theology from the Gregorian University in Rome. A native of Cambridge, Paul lives in the Peabody School neighborhood of Cambridge, and South Truro, MA.

A native of Somerville, MA, Joanna has evolved into a true Anglophile after having spent her junior year of college in London. A trip “across the pond” is a casual event for her, as she has developed close ties to many people in her adopted city.
Although Joanna has been associated with Griffin Properties for several years, her exposure to the world of real estate development began in her previous position as the office and purchasing manager for a large construction company, a post that led to her becoming a licensed construction supervisor. The skills that she developed while helping to coordinate large scale construction projects in a timely and cost efficient manner have been transferred to her work at Griffin Properties, where she is known and respected in the real estate community as a diligent and efficient salesperson who takes pride in the level of detailed attention that she affords to her clients.
She holds a B.A. in Journalism from Westfield State University, and resides in the Porter Square neighborhood of Somerville.

It could be said that real estate is in Lisa’s genes, as her mother has been a real estate agent for almost 30 years in their hometown of Hingham, MA. In fact, Lisa’s entire career has been in the real estate world, with her first job after college providing her with the enviable task of being a real estate sales agent in the Caribbean island of St. John for three years.
The warmth of the Caribbean people and its environment have surely carried over to Lisa’s personality, as she has been able to establish and maintain long-term relationships with each of her clients based upon the energetic commitment to service that she has provided to each of them.
Lisa holds a B.A. in communications from Radford College in Virginia, and has completed a one-year cultural studies program in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She currently resides in the Harvard Square neighborhood of Cambridge.

At an early age, Ken took over the management of his family owned business in Malden, MA, and has continued a successful sales career throughout his life. His considerable enthusiasm and outstanding communications skills were transferred to the real estate world over ten years ago, most of which has been spent at Griffin Properties.
Ken has been active in numerous organizations, including Business Network International (BNI), the Malden Chamber of Commerce and the Shriners and Freemasons, where he served as Master of Converse Lodge in Malden. As evidence of the respect that Ken has engendered in the real estate field, he has oftentimes been a presenter at the City of Cambridge First-Time Buyer's Seminar. He served as a member of the Grievance Committee of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, and now serves on the Board of Directors, its Professional Standards committee, and is a State Director for the Board. In addition, he is also Regional Director for the board, and serves on the Continuing Education President's Advisory Group. He is currently the chairman of the Business Development Committee of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and serves on its Professional Standards Committee.
A Native of Malden and Melrose, Ken is finalizing a B.A. in Business Administration from Northwood University, and he currently resides in Wilmington.

A native and life-long resident of Arlington, Bill possesses a knowledge of this town’s real estate market that is unmatched.
Although diligent and hard working, Bill’s approach with real estate clients is somewhat low-keyed. Having bought several properties, he has never enjoyed working with overly zealous and aggressive agents. He prefers someone who is a good listener, patient and understanding – the elements of service that he has successfully provided to his many clients for more than seven years.
Bill holds a degree in Communications from Northeastern University, and resides in the Kelwyn Manor neighborhood of Arlington.

The first 15 years of Mike's career was spent as an engineer in the software industry. He worked for several firms in the Kendall Square area of Cambridge, including ZDNet, CNET and Oracle. Having been introduced to Griffin Properties while purchasing his first home, he became very interested in the field of real estate, so much so that he eventually chose to leave the high tech world and make real estate his full time occupation.
